GlowInvite

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-02

These Terms govern use of the GlowInvite digital invitation and event-management service operated by GlowInvite.

1. Service

GlowInvite provides digital invitation pages, RSVP tools, guest management, seating, check-in, media/guestbook features, analytics, subscriptions, invoicing, payment integrations and optional reseller/white-label features. Availability depends on the purchased package and configuration.

2. Accounts

Clients and resellers are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed through their accounts. Access may be suspended for security reasons, abuse, expired subscriptions or breach of these Terms.

3. Client content and guest data

Clients remain responsible for event content, guest information, photographs, messages and other material they upload or cause to be processed. Clients warrant that they have the rights and lawful basis required to use that content and data.

4. Packages, billing and renewals

Features, pricing, discounts, subscription periods, custom domains and renewal conditions are defined in the selected package or commercial offer. Invoices may support partial or full payment. A subscription may enter a grace period or become archived after expiry.

5. Custom domains

Domain registration, renewal, DNS and SSL responsibilities depend on the commercial offer. Domain names remain subject to registrar availability, renewal fees and third-party terms.

6. Online payments

Payment processing may be provided by external payment providers. GlowInvite records payment status received from configured gateways but is not itself a bank or card network. Provider terms, fees and chargeback rules may apply.

7. Acceptable use

Users may not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized tracking, intellectual-property infringement, attempts to bypass security controls or other activity that could harm the service or third parties.

8. AI features

AI-assisted text and translation drafts may contain errors. Users must review generated content before publishing it. Local assistant mode may use built-in templates; live mode may rely on a configured external AI provider.

9. Availability and backups

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and backed up, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Operators should maintain independent backups and test restore procedures.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Refund/cancellation rules should be stated in the commercial offer and adapted to applicable consumer law. Work already delivered, custom domains and third-party costs may be treated differently where law permits.

11. Intellectual property

The GlowInvite software, branding, templates and system design remain the property of their respective rights holders except where a separate license expressly provides otherwise. Clients retain rights in their own event content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability should be limited in the final commercial agreement to foreseeable direct losses and the amount paid for the affected service period, excluding liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes and termination

Service terms and features may evolve. Material changes should be communicated where required. Accounts may be terminated or suspended in accordance with the commercial agreement and applicable law.
